Lunar New Year

In January 2023, the E&I Committee shared several resources for staff to learn more about Lunar New Year. These resources included online learning materials, local events, and recommendations for local eateries. Many different cultures and communities around the world celebrate Lunar New Year. There is a lot to learn, celebrate, experience, and eat as part of these festivities. And since we are on the topic of eating: the E&I committee purchased pastries from locally owned Asian restaurants in Boston, Chelmsford, and Worcester. Baked goods are a staple in some Lunar New Year festivities. We hope everyone enjoyed the steamed pork buns or mochi ice cream.
