Steve Findlen is the manager of our Bridgewater office in southeastern Massachusetts and brings over 30 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering, serving municipal and state agencies as well as private development clients throughout New England. He fosters strong client relationships, identifies profitable opportunities, and networks effectively with key decision-makers, resulting in increased revenue growth and service expansion. His leadership has significantly expanded work across all disciplines in this region, driving workload and profitability that would not have existed without his presence. Steve has also increased public sector opportunities, particularly in municipal peer review and MassDOT work, while supporting private development projects and staff growth at HSH.

Hans Kuebler, P.E., is the Manager of Construction Design. Hans is a Senior Civil Engineer, leading a group of designers in developing temporary traffic control plans, roadside design elements, and contract time determinations, and provides additional expertise in traffic engineering, civil engineering, traffic analysis, project planning, and construction management. These roles include managing team members to deliver engineered plans, specifications, and estimates; functional design reports; and construction phase services across a broad range of projects. Hans has significant experience working with public and private sector clients to ensure safe, accessible, and efficient means of construction for all users is delivered.

Jessica Lizza, P.E., PTOE is the Manager of Traffic Engineering. As Manager of Traffic Engineering, Jessica specializes in traffic design; traffic analysis and simulation; safety analysis; transit-oriented and Complete Streets design; traffic signal, sign, and pavement marking design; and traffic studies and reports. Under her management, mentorship, and leadership, the Traffic Engineering team has grown to 13 staff members working on some of MassDOT’s most complex and transformative transportation and safety improvement projects. Jessica’s leadership is evidenced by the career development of her staff as well as companywide through her participation in strategic planning initiatives and business development efforts.

Kathleen Martin, is the Manager of Construction Planning and Logistics. Kathleen works with contractors and developers to design site logistics for a variety of private and public development projects throughout New England.  She leads a group of designers and engineers in the development of construction management plans, traffic management plans, and temporary traffic control plans. Kathleen brings a thoughtful, collaborative approach to the complex world of urban development. As Manager of Construction Planning & Logistics, she serves as a key partner to contractors and developers, helping them navigate their operational demands while ensuring the surrounding community can move safely and easily through their neighborhoods.

Chris Sweeney, CPA, Chris has served as our Controller for over three years. He has over 10 years of experience in Public Accounting. Chris manages the Accounting Team, ensuring all areas are running smoothly. He is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of HSH’s monthly financial performance, presenting meaningful data in an easy-to-understand way. Chris has greatly improved the Accounting team’s efficiency and productivity by improving our use of tools in Vantagepoint, Excel, and Paycor. Chris works closely with Project Managers, helping them understand the Project Management tools in Vantagepoint.
