Kathleen Martin

Civil Designer

Kathleen is a civil designer who prepares and manages a variety of Construction Management Plans and Temporary Traffic Control Plans for both public and private projects throughout the City of Boston and the Commonwealth. She oversees the design and construction of projects in the greater Boston area, her tasks include, construction oversight, field inspections, construction administration, contractor coordination, bid review, and more. Some of Kathleen’s notable projects include the redesign of Ocean Avenue in Revere, Parcel 12 Air Rights Project and The Midtown Hotel in Boston, and MGM Springfield. Kathleen graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
