Steve has over 28 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering for municipal and state agencies as well as private development in New England. He is successful in fostering positive client relationships, identifying profitable opportunities, and networking successfully with key decision-makers, resulting in an increase in revenue growth and expansion of provided services. Steve also brings technical experience in getting projects approved from the initial concept stages through final detailed design and construction. As the premier and growing transportation consulting firm, with offices in Boston, Worcester, and Chelmsford, under Steve’s leadership, the new office in Southeastern Massachusetts will allow HSH to continue an expansion of our unparalleled services in southern New England. Steve graduated from University of Massachusetts Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
