Massachusetts Offers Several Funding Programs

COMPLETE STREETS FUNDING | Town of Leicester
HSH completed Leicester’s Complete Streets Prioritization Plan, identified high-scoring projects for potential funding, and helped the Town obtain construction funding from the Complete Streets Funding Program. HSH designed the Town Common Improvements that included shared-use paths, sidewalks, raised crosswalks, and reconstructed pathways.

Increases safe biking and walking among elementary and middle school students using a community-focused approach that bridges the gap between health and transportation.

DER Culvert Replacement Grant Program
Division of Ecological Restoration (DER) provides funding for replacing an undersized, perched, and/or degraded culvert located in an area of high ecological value.
