Paul W. Berthiaume, P.E., was the Lead Bridge Engineer for this project where he provided design and construction services for this complete bridge replacement. The new bridge superstructure consists of pre-cast, pre-stressed concrete Northeast Bulb Tee (NEBT) girders, having two equal and continuous spans of 120’ and a composite, reinforced concrete bridge deck. The substructure consists of cantilevered reinforced concrete bridge abutments and an aesthetic reinforced concrete multi-column pier. This project was performed while at another firm.
