PROJECT HIGHLIGHT

YMC America
Charlestown Street, Devens, MA

YMC America in Devens, MA, recently expanded and retrofitted their manufacturing facility with an 11,000 sf addition, including three new loading docks. We also designed a truck maneuvering area where manufacturing materials can be picked up and dropped off, within their own parking facility. This retrofit addition will allow easier access for their clients’ trucks, and provide more efficient manufacturing space within their facility.

Howard Stein Hudson provided site design, including stormwater design, truck maneuvering analysis and grading. We coordinated landscape design.

The project required Level II Site Planapproval through the Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC), which HSH facilitated. HSH provided construction administration services throughout the construction process and aided in final sign-off on civil items.
