Senior Civil Designer

Kasey is a Senior Civil Designer who manages projects in the Chelmsford Land Development Group. Kasey recently designed and permitted a redevelopment project at 270 Billerica Road in Chelmsford, which replaces an existing office building with a 90,000-sf warehouse facility. Kasey also recently designed and permitted a 30,000-sf warehouse through the Devens Enterprise Commission (DEC). Both projects’ designs are compliant with local stormwater regulations and Massachusetts Stormwater Standards and involved multiple presentations to local Boards and Commissions. Kasey worked with an existing client to develop a truck and access plan to support the construction of an 11,500-sf addition to an existing 40,000-sf manufacturing facility in Tyngsborough. Truck and loading access to the building was required to be maintained throughout construction. Kasey led permitting and design, and the project is currently under construction.
