Concerned about Traffic on a Development Project?
Common Sense Peer Reviews
We help your team make confident decisions using a commonsense approach.
Traffic and transportation planning issues are often the number one concern voiced by members of the public when any large-scale development is proposed. By asking the right questions, an independent peer review will allow your town to ensure that a proposed project’s traffic impacts are properly mitigated. Whether the proposed Project is a Chapter 40B residential housing development, a research and development campus, or a mixed-use project, HSH’s independent peer review can improvethe final outcome for the community.
For the past 39 years, Howard Stein Hudson has provided traffic and transportation planning peer review services for municipalities across the Commonwealth, enabling projects that positively impact the towns they’re built in.
HSH empowers your Planning Board and/or Zoning Board of Appeals by working through transportation solutions, leading to a positive experience for both the municipality and the developer.
