Senior Civil Engineer

Teren is a Senior Civil Engineer and Team Leader whose experience includes transportation engineering, traffic engineering, transportation planning, and construction management. He recently managed two Complete Streets projects for BTD: pedestrian/bicycle/green infrastructure improvements in Lower Roxbury and pedestrian crossing improvements on American Legion Highway in West Roxbury. Teren is the Lead Civil Designer of complex roadway improvements to reconstruct on- and off-ramps and provide new access via a roundabout on Route 1A Southbound in Revere. The project involves HSH’s structural, utilities, traffic, and construction services teams as well as several subconsultants for lighting design, environmental permitting, and layout alterations. He continues to work for several clients like MassDOT on the Medford Mystic Valley Parkway Shared Used Path Project and with the Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) on the Arborway Improvement Project.
