Jason Roose, EIT, is a Civil Designer with nine years of experience in designing and managing intersection and pedestrian improvements projects throughout the Commonwealth. He specializes in geometric roadway design, Right of Way (ROW), ADA compliance, bus stop design, plan production, and cost estimating. Jason is the Project Manager for the Streiber Elementary School pedestrian improvements project in Chicopee that will install over 7,000 linear feet of new sidewalk for improved connectivity to and from the school. He is the Design Coordinator for an ongoing bus shelter installation project with the MBTA, and the roadway design lead for the Mount Auburn Street/Gerrys Landing Road corridor and intersection improvements project in Cambridge. Jason is also the ROW Technical Leader at HSH; he leads the development and review of all MassDOT ROW plans, researches jurisdictions, works with surveyors, and evaluates impacts to private properties for easement needs while working with design teams to keep projects on schedule for advertisement.
