The project features 24 units and amenity space in an existing residential complex, all nestled close to a bustling business district. Associate, Senior Civil Engineer Patrick has over 10 years of experience in designing site/civil projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He has valuable industry experience permitting large- and small-scale residential, commercial, and affordable housing projects. Patrick has in-depth knowledge of many aspects of Site/Civil design, including stormwater management, roadway layout and design, and construction administration.

Katie Enright, P.E.
Associate Principal, Chelmsford Office Manager Katie leads our Chelmsford office, with 27 years of experience in Site/Civil design. She has a broad knowledge of the technical and procedural aspects of engineering projects, and is responsible for the oversight and design of a variety of land development projects. She has extensive experience with permitting through local boards and commissions, public hearings, and construction.

Matthew Baker, P.E.
Civil Designer
Matthew is a Civil Engineer with experience in designing site/civil projects throughout New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Matthew’s experience crosses both residential and commercial projects from initial permitting through to completion of construction. He assists in the review of material submittals and Requests for Information (RFI’s) throughout the construction process to ensure project conformity.
