Meet our newest Associates:
Colin Costello, P.E.
Senior Structural Engineer
Colin is a senior structural engineer and Team Leader with experience in both the civil/structural design and construction fields. His experience includes bridge design, structural ratings following MassDOT standards, construction services administration, construction cost estimating, construction management, and on-site practical experience. Colin’s projects include bridge rehabilitations, replacements, and field investigations involving concrete and steel repairs. His technical prowess and supervisory skills have expanded the structural group’s staffing and project workload.
Steven C. Findlen
Bridgewater Office Manager
Steve manages our Bridgewater office in Southeastern Massachusetts and has over 29 years of experience in civil and transportation engineering for both municipal/state agency and private development projects in New England. He fosters positive client relationships, identifying profitable opportunities and networking successfully with key decision-makers, resulting in an increase in revenue growth and expansion of provided services.
Christa Lucas, P.E.
Senior Transportation Engineer
Christa is a Senior Transportation Engineer with over 20 years of experience in planning and engineering for both private developers and institutional clients. Her experience includes supervising traffic studies; presenting in public forums; and working with architects and planners to solve site circulation problems for pedestrians, bicyclists, motorists, and service vehicles. More recently, Christa has facilitated the Transportation Action Plan Agreements (TAPA) process for our Boston-based clients as well.
Chris Sweeney, CPA
Controller
Chris has served as our Controller for over two years. He has over 12 years of experience in Public Accounting. Chris manages the Accounting Team, ensuring all areas are running smoothly. He is responsible for accurate and timely reporting of HSH’s monthly financial performance. He is also leading our transition to Deltek Vantagepoint, which has greatly improved our efficiency and productivity. Chris works closely with Project Managers helping them understand the Project Management tools in Vantagepoint.
Peter Wroblewski, P.E.
Senior Civil Engineer
Peter is a Senior Civil Engineer and Team Leader with over 13 years of experience. Peter’s projects range from municipal maintenance projects to large-scale roadway corridor improvement projects to public mitigation requirements for private sector developments. As the firm’s pavement management expert, he provides technical review and oversight on our roadway projects. Pete is currently the Vice President of the Nashville Chapter of the Tennessee Society of Professional Engineers, which advocates for the need and role of professional engineers.
