Harbor Garage Redevelopment
The project involves the redevelopment of the Harbor (Aquarium) Garage located along the Rose Kennedy Greenway into a 900,000-square-foot (sf), mixed-use development including office, residential, and retail space. The site will also include an approximately 1,400-space underground parking garage. HSH is in the preliminary stages of determining the transportation impact of the redevelopment, and coordination efforts with abutters. HSH is developing the transportation impact sections for the City of Boston’s Article 80 and Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act’s (MEPA’s) permitting requirements.
