Their leadership will strengthen our commitment to helping clients navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful solutions across the built environment.

Ian McKinnon, P.E., PTOE, RSP, brings deep expertise in multimodal transportation analysis and design, with a particular focus on private land development and institutional-scale projects. With experience spanning planning, design, and implementation, Ian offers a strategic perspective on integrating transportation solutions within complex development environments. His background in private markets adds an important and complementary voice to the Board of Directors as HSH continues to expand its platform and client base.

Rick Latini, P.E., NETTCP QAT, LEED Green Assoc., serves as HSH’s Chief Engineer and has more than 30 years of experience leading private development and public infrastructure projects. He brings deep expertise in site development and public infrastructure project design, permitting, and construction oversight. As a member of the Board of Directors, Rick offers essential operational, regulatory, and risk management insight to support HSH’s strategic growth.
