PROJECT HIGHLIGHT:
300 Providence Highway – Dedham Mall (Boot Barn), Dedham, MA
The project transformed key areas of the Dedham Mall site with a series of targeted pedestrian, circulation, and site improvements designed to enhance safety, connectivity, and traffic operations. The work also supported the exciting change of use and occupancy of the former Sears Auto Center into a new Boot Barn location.
Improvements were focused across three key areas of the site: the IHOP/Starbucks intersection, the Incinerator Road corridor, and the former Sears garage. Together, these enhancements create a safer, more connected, and more efficient experience for pedestrians, motorists, and visitors throughout the property.
HSH evaluated and addressed key transportation-related considerations to ensure the project’s compliance with industry standards, the Town of Dedham Zoning By-Law, and the Rules and Regulations of the Dedham Planning Board. The transportation analysis was tailored to the project study area and regional context while responding to concerns raised by the Town of Dedham.
