HSH Introduces Ted Brovitz

Howard/Stein-Hudson Associates, Inc. is pleased to announce Ted Brovitz as our new Manager of Community Planning and Design. With over 25 years of award-winning experience, Ted strengthens HSH’s capabilities in strategic planning, community design, context-based land use regulations, and public involvement.
Ted joins us as a well-rounded expert in both the private and public sectors. In his previous experience, Ted served as a lead urban planner with multidisciplinary consulting firms. Ted has also served as the Executive Director to two Massachusetts downtown organizations and as Director of Planning and Development in Brattleboro, Vermont.
Well known in the region for his capabilities, Ted frequently speaks on community planning, downtown revitalization, and innovative land-use regulations. Most recently, Ted conducted a workshop at the 2011 Build Boston Conference on form-based code trends in New England and the Smart Growth Rhode Island workshop on Achieving Compact Mixed Use Neighborhoods.
As an addition to the HSH team of professionals, Ted will further allow us to uphold our key drivers for client success; Readiness, Responsiveness, Results. It is with great enthusiasm that we welcome Ted to our team!
