Steve leads our Worcester office and draws upon a talented group of transportation engineers, planners, and public outreach specialists to assist clients with realizing their visions, in a well thought out, collaborative way. Steve has more than 30 years of engineering experience. He also brings the rare ability to understand the private site of the business, with the lens in which all projects are judged on the public side, as the former public works director for the town of Spencer. This experience has allowed him to hone his skills on a wide range of civil engineering and transportation projects. Therefore, he is very familiar with the challenges that municipalities face and how to resolve them.
