HSH remembers those who served and lost their lives this Memorial Day

Most people see Memorial Day as the kickoff to grilling season and nice weather. However, the Memorial Day holiday was created to honor and remember those who lost their lives in active military service. It honors all the men and woman who so bravely served our country, protecting our freedom and democracy as well as providing our protection for people around the world.

This Memorial Day, HSH remembers those lost, and we challenge you to take a moment to learn more about the origins of Memorial Day, find your local memorial to fallen soldiers, and remember what they fought for.
