Heavy Vehicle Electronic License Plate (HELP), Inc.
HSH is facilitating the development of a five-year strategic business plan for HELP, Inc., the private-public partnership which provides PrePass throughout much of the US. HSH's tasks include facilitating an initial partnering session, conducting interviews with stakeholders, facilitating strategic planning meetings, and conducting a stakeholder survey. The plan's elements include a vision and mission statement, goals and objectives, an environmental scan, a SWOT analysis, identification of strategic initiatives and action items to fulfill the organizations goals, and a succession plan.
